10 things you should do on a Friday

  • Bake some bread
  • Take care of your skin – coz its weekend and you no longer have to worry about your deadlines! breathe and let your skin breathe!
  • NETFLIX AND CHILL – needs no explanation at all!
  • Try a new workout class – so what if you end up hurting yourself! you have two whole days to recover! get up and start working out!
  • Meditate – Like how your skin needs a break, your mind needs a break too šŸ™‚ Go ahead and detach yourself from the world!
  • Bake a cake – and eat it – ALL ALONE! – You deserve that love and self-pampering! Trust me, the calories do not matter here šŸ™‚
  • Act like a kid – you are a kid internally – right! bring out the inner kid in you! no judgments!
  • Write a letter – be thankful to someone, or even to yourself. After all, all you need is a little bit of appreciation.
  • Karaoke! – bring out the inner singer in you!
  • Do nothing – if you feel like doing nothing, do nothing! make sure you spend your friday the way YOU want, not the way how others expect you to spend.
