Lockdown Cooking | Healthy sweet corn salad

How about trying a healthy snack which is colourful and tasty? 🙂

What did I use?

  • Boiled sweet corn – 1 cup
  • Grated carrot – 1
  • Chopped tomato – 1
  • Diced cucumber – 1/2
  • Lemon juice – 1/2 to 1 teaspoon [ depending on your taste ]
  • Salt – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Pepper – 1/4 teaspoon

How did I make it?

  • Just one step – mix all together and add a dash of lemon,salt and pepper
  • Healthy sweet corn salad is ready! ❤️
