What did I use?
- Boiled sweet corn – 1 cup
- Grated carrot – 1
- Chopped tomato – 1
- Diced cucumber – 1/2
- Lemon juice – 1/2 to 1 teaspoon [ depending on your taste ]
- Salt – 1/2 teaspoon
- Pepper – 1/4 teaspoon
How did I make it?
- Just one step – mix all together and add a dash of lemon,salt and pepper
- Healthy sweet corn salad is ready! ❤️
