
With absolutely no way of stepping out of the house, regular workouts and gym sessions are now next to impossible. While this has taken a toll on my weight, I thought of trying out a different type of workout, which needs minimal effort and also needs no equipment.
After scrolling through thousands of websites, I created a custom plan for myself, which does not only involve minimal efforts but is also doable daily.
Admitting the fact that I spend the whole day sitting in front of my system, I was looking for a workout that can be done in between my break timings and is also effective on my back, as I have a history of back pain. Keeping this in mind, I am now following a very simple workout plan, with a motto to keep my back and my body healthy – I am not focusing on anything else at the moment.
Here’s my plan :
Plank – 30 seconds x 3
Boat – 30 seconds x 3
Crunches – 30 seconds x 3
Cobra pose – 60 seconds x 3
Plank

Not only my back but my entire body is thanking me for this. Plank is helping me in maintaining my posture and is also giving my spine a great stretch, thus, relieving pain
Boat

Again, a big relief to my back as this exercise works as a great stretch for my back and also for my arms
Crunches

All the fat stored around my waist is getting squeezed to an extent! Helping me in a great way
Cobra Pose

The best of the lot! My back gets maximum stretch due to this pose and at the end of the session, the tension on my back reduces significantly, which gives me great relief
