Strange world, right? We are now being asked, on when were you last happy and when did you last laugh! In a technology-driven world, are we losing everything else? I mean, why are we getting so depressed! why is social media adding mental pressure on us? why are we so obsessed with what we see on social media? before even believing in it, why aren’t we thinking that not everything we see, is genuine?
Yes, social media is a boon for many. Many depend on social media for their bread and butter. But, does that mean, we should be losing everything we have? just for the sake of “likes” “comments” and “tags”? Why are we looking at everything, that’s glittering? why aren’t we looking at the efforts and the blood and sweat spent behind those glitters? why do we start comparing and blaming ourselves looking at the “happy” candid pictures that people post?
Above all, why do we even want to show a happy face, if we are depressed internally? is life only to show off? or to live! Nah. Life is NOT about fake candids. Life is something, which has to be appreciated, valued, and loved. Instead of expressing love on social media, try doing that in real. And then, compare happiness. Trust me, life is beyond fake candids and force generated likes.
Life is beyond everything. We have only one life, and that has to be valued and appreciated, not wasted. Above all, life is meant to be lived happily and is meant for laughing at silly things! why complicate things when you can just laugh over it?
