What are you burning yourself up for?

When our minds can be so beautiful and imaginative, what are we burning ourselves for? People who surround us, people who criticize us, or for the people who are there for us?! What is stopping us from doing the impossible? opinions? judgments? or comments? And did I mention that the mind stores only what is stored by us? if this is the level of control we have on our minds, what are we waiting for? why are we filling it with negative or self-hatred talk? why not look at the positive side of the mind?

I’m sure most of you would be able to relate my mindset. With every passing day, there are numerous challenges, happy moments, and of course! my favorite – disappointments walking hand in hand with me! While I am blessed to be with my people who constantly support me and protect me, I am also surrounded by not-so-positive people, who find faults with everything.

Me being a day-dreamer, I constantly think of things that do not exist! forget the ones being possible or impossible. With thoughts come tasks and with tasks comes multi-tasking! which I am a pro at! Yes. I think of ten things at the same time and also wish for things which don’t exist!

Think. Act. Believe – and its all yours! ❤️

  1. Well said, Rishika!
I have been using the past few months to not only change myself but to also sieve people from my life.
Glad I read this as it just reaffirms that I am doing the right thing.
